Surgical Technologist - OR/CVOR

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts required
* Every other weekend (EOW) schedule required
* On-call responsibilities required
* First to float policy in effect
* Must be able to perform both cardiovascular (CV) and regular OR cases
* Work across 12 general OR suites, 1 CVOR suite, and 1 hybrid room
* Average of 14 cases per day
* Regular OR cases include orthopedics (total joints), gynecology, urology, trauma surgeries, ENT, general surgery, plastics, vascular, neurosurgery, and robotics (Da Vinci)
* CVOR cases include open heart, valve procedures, thoracotomy, and trauma
* Must have trauma, orthopedic, and general surgery experience
* Facility does not perform transplants
* Charting system: Cerner
* Acute care setting
* Required certifications: BLS Certification and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA
