Opportunity:

RN - Care Coordination

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts
* Every other weekend (EOW) schedule required
* First to float as needed
* Acute care setting
* Must have solid experience in Care Coordination
* Prior CA Dignity/Common Spirit experience required - candidates without this experience will not be considered
* Charting system: Cerner
* Required certifications: BLS Certification, LA City Fire & Safety
* California RN License required
