Open Position: Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Opportunity:

Pharmacist Outpatient INFUSION- 1000-3818 - UCH Amb HOPD Pharmacy

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* No weekend requirements
* Minimum 2 years of infusion experience required
* Travel experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Focus on order review, verification, preparation, and dispensing of hazardous and non-hazardous medications for oncology and infusion patients
* Work with ambulatory care and outpatient clinic patients (adult population)
* Perform chemotherapy preparation and compounding using sterile technique
* Experience with high-alert medications required
* Proficiency with Pyxis required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Board Certified, Chemo/Hazardous Drug
* PharmD required
* Colorado state pharmacy license required
* Block scheduling type
* Up to one pre-approved time off request permitted
