Open Position: RN - Med Surg Tele

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $5523.00

Opportunity:

RN - MS/Tele Float

Job Details:

* 36 or 48 hour shift options available
* Night and day shift options with variable weekend requirements
* Float position - will float between MS and Tele units
* At least 6 weekend shifts required every 6-week period
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment; maximum RTO of 2 weeks total
* Must be able to work 3 out of 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day
* Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience required
* First-time travelers accepted with a minimum of 3 years of experience and large facility experience (400 beds or larger)
* Active California RN license required at time of submission - no pending or temporary licenses accepted
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
* EKG exam administered on first day of orientation - must pass to proceed with contract
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* Flu vaccination required - no exemptions
* Treats adult patient population across all medical and surgical diagnoses
* Must have Telemetry and ACLS experience
* 2 supervisor-level references from within the past year required at time of submission
* Key skills include cardiac telemetry, management of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, central line care/management, IV insulin protocols, heparin protocols, wound care, and more
