Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2894.60

Opportunity:

Outpatient PEDs PT

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
* Shift hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
* Contract length options of 13 or 26 weeks available
* No on-call requirements
* No floating required
* Pediatrics experience required - will be working independently
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* BLS certification required
* California PT license required - pending state license not accepted
* Charting system: Epic
* Free parking available
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

Facility:

This is an acute care hospital with 212 total staffed beds, offering outpatient pediatric physical therapy services. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides a collaborative care environment with interdisciplinary support. Nurses in this facility wear navy blue scrubs, with specialized attire provided for L&D and OR departments.
