Job Details:

* 18 months of permanent experience required
* Responsibilities include circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring procedural cases
* Call required - details to be discussed during interview
* Must have an active Ohio permanent license or compact license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission - no pending certifications accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation - must achieve acceptable score with maximum of 2 attempts
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required - references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* No open background check cases accepted
* No license hits accepted
