Opportunity:

LTAC MS/TELE - NIGHT

Job Details:

* Position is located on a LTACH unit
* Night shift position
* 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
* 36 or 48 hour schedules also accepted
* Weekends supported by rotating call shared between 6 to 8 staff members
* On-call responsibilities after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends, supported by primary and backup call
* 13 to 26 week contract options available
* Some weekend shifts required
* Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Neurology experience required
* LTAC experience preferred
* Minimum 1 year of recent unit experience required
* 1 year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Skills required include: complex wound care, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, tracheostomy care and management
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of 15 patients
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary
* Floating to other units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs
* Pre-assignment testing and modules required to be completed within 48 hours of receiving login information
