Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Outpatient setting only
* Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
* Schedule can be adjusted to 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to accommodate a 36-hour workweek
* 36 to 40 hours per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee
* Conduct 1-hour patient evaluations and 45-minute daily treatment sessions
* Work with a diverse patient population with a strong focus on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries
* Receive referrals from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and acute care team
* 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
* EPIC experience preferred

This regional healthcare facility serves a smaller community and several surrounding towns, providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care. The rehabilitation team includes four experienced physical therapists, two occupational therapists, and a speech therapist who work collaboratively to help patients achieve their best possible outcomes.
