Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Job Details:

* 4x10 hour day shifts with start times of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM; shift time determined upon offer
* Day off to be determined upon scheduling
* On-call is required
* Potential to float between Florence, Edgewood, and Fort Thomas locations as needed
* Minimum of 2 years of IR Tech experience required; travel experience highly preferred
* Epic charting experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT, BLS; Kentucky license (KBMIRT) can be pending upon submittal
* Perform procedures including angiograms, venograms, PICC, port-a-cath, vertebroplasty, GI bleed, embolization, biliary tube exchange, nephrostomy, IVUS, fistulagram, trans jugular biopsy, IVC filter removal, and thrombectomy for neuro cases
* Equipment used includes EKOS, Inari, Penumbra, and Jeti
* Must scrub for procedures
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics with a daily census of approximately 8 procedures
* No nose rings or gauged earrings permitted
* Fingernails must be less than 1/4" in length; natural fingernails required for direct patient care; polish is acceptable
* Scrubs and apparel must not have any agency or brand logos; strictly enforced
* Free parking available in any unrestricted space
* No cafeteria on-site; refrigerator and microwave provided

This multi-campus healthcare system operates several locations providing interventional radiology services across the region. The facility supports a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment with radiology support and a focus on high-quality procedural care. Staff may be required to float between campuses as needed based on patient volume and staffing needs, though floating does not occur frequently.
