Opportunity:

Interventional Radiology Technician

Job Details:

* 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10 shifts per week
* Minimum 18 months of experience in specialty required, 2 years preferred
* Additional Cath/EP experience sought as candidates may be floated
* On-call required
* May float within scope to meet facility needs
* May be required to float to all 3 sister facilities within 20 miles
* Weekend requirements can be discussed with manager
* Block scheduling is not available
* Local candidates accepted at same rate
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission
* Required certifications: ARRT, Florida state license, AHA ACLS, and BLS
* RCIS preferred in addition to required certifications
* Charting system experience required; facility uses EPIC
* Scrub color: Ceil Blue
* Free parking available in any unrestricted space
* Required skills include: Adrenal Angiography, Angioplasty, Aortography, Chemoembolization, Embolization, ERCP, IVC filter placement and removal, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Stent Placement, Thoracentesis, Nephrostomy, Gastrostomy, Cystoscopy, Uterine Arterial Embolization, Endovascular Interventions, Scrub and circulator roles, and Vascular Closure Systems
* Patient population includes young adults, middle adults, and older adults

This short-term acute care teaching facility operates with 521 staffed beds and provides a comprehensive range of medical services across multiple hospital locations within the same health system. The facility utilizes EPIC for charting and maintains high standards for clinical care, supporting a wide array of interventional radiology procedures and services.
