Opportunity:
MULTISPECIALTY - US Tech/Echo Tech
Job Details:
* Multispecialty position requiring general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill experience
* On-call required: 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday
* Must be flexible with call schedule - this is a hard stop expectation
* Weekend on-call coverage required
* Patient ratio of 8:1
* Will assist with precepting clinicians
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Charting system experience required - Epic
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS, ARDMS VT, CCI, or RDCS
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Required skills include: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester imaging, abdominal studies, fetal anatomical survey, vascular studies including carotid, upper and lower extremity arterial and venous, renal artery duplex, adult echo, contrast echo, echo stress treadmill, breast ultrasound, transvaginal, and additional general ultrasound procedures
* Interdisciplinary support available through radiology
* Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities - refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, completed during compliance process and prior to start
Facility:
This short-term acute care facility operates with 49 staffed beds and is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center. The facility provides a full range of diagnostic imaging and ultrasound services supported by an interdisciplinary radiology team. Free parking is available in any unrestricted space, and the facility maintains a collaborative environment that includes support for clinician precepting and training opportunities.
