Opportunity:

Mammography Tech

Job Details:

* Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* No on-call requirements
* No weekend shifts required
* No floating between units
* No block schedules required
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Biopsy experience preferred but not required
* Must be familiar with Hologic equipment
* Perform 3D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, and screening mammograms
* Perform special procedures including breast biopsies, localizations, and savvy scout
* Operate special equipment including Trident and Hologic systems
* Follow digital quality assurance procedures and radiation safety protocols
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Scrub color: any color permitted
* Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
* Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, Oregon license, Mammography-ARRT
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility operates with 418 staffed beds and 450 total beds across 5 mammography rooms. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and radiology, and utilizes Epic for charting.
