Opportunity:

RN - LABOR AND DELIVERY

Job Details:

* 13-week seasonal contract assignment
* 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Alternating weekend schedule required
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratio of 1:2
* 32-bed unit with day and night shift charge nurse and co-charge nurse support
* Work with equipment including Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, and Ultrasound
* EMR system: Meditech
* Perform procedures including SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and intermediate fetal monitoring
* Must have EFM competency, SVE competency, and C-section circulation experience
* Minimum 2+ years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
* Internal monitor placement competency preferred
* Experience in a Level IV high-volume unit preferred
* Previous HCA assignment or employment preferred
* Scrub color: Navy blue required; solid blue, black, or grey sweatshirts only - t-shirts are not acceptable

Facility:

This facility features a 32-bed Labor and Delivery unit located on the 4th floor of the North building. The unit is staffed with experienced teams including charge nurses and co-charge nurses on both day and night shifts, maintaining a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio. The unit utilizes modern equipment and technology to support a high-volume environment and offers permanent positions for qualified candidates.
