Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Opportunity:

Equipment Tech

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekends
* Shift hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Prior Central Sterile experience required
* Basic computer knowledge required
* Ability to read, write, and follow simple written and oral directives required
* Perform routine tasks to maintain assigned work area ensuring sanitary and orderly conditions
* Greet patients, visitors, and employees in a courteous manner and respond to inquiries politely and promptly
* Transport supplies and equipment by pushing, pulling carts, or carrying items to and from assigned work areas
* Clean and transport dirty equipment from units to designated cleaning areas following infection control regulations
* Receive deliveries to replenish supplies and restock specialty carts including arrest carts and latex-free carts
* Maintain written log of supply status and complete inventory slips indicating equipment location and service needs
* Mark and deliver broken equipment to Equipment Center for repair and advise supervisor accordingly
* Remove instruments and equipment from patient rooms and prepare for transportation as required
* Follow all risk management and quality assurance safety standards in accordance with established protocols
* Clean various items including carts, shelves, and other equipment using appropriate cleaning solutions
