Open Position: RN - GI Lab

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2677.40

Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy / PACU

Job Details:

* No weekend shifts required
* Call required: 3 call shifts per 2-week period
* Float required between preop and phase II PACU, as well as to sister ministry facilities (Santa Rosa or Healdsburg); at least 24 hours advance notice will be provided
* Minimum 3 years of experience required (hard stop)
* California CLS license must be in hand at time of submission (hard stop; pending license not accepted)
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CGRN
* Required skills include: Administering and monitoring conscious sedation, airway management, colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), esophageal varices and banding, bronchoscopy, electrosurgical units, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG, propofol administration, recovering monitored anesthesia care sedation, reversal agents, sclerotherapy, specimen handling and labeling, starting and maintaining IVs, and pre/post procedure care
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
* Pre-approved time off: up to 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
