Opportunity:

RN - Skilled Nursing

Job Details:

* 0.9 FTE day shift position
* Shift hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* Every third weekend rotation required
* Holiday rotation required
* May be asked to float to other in-patient units based on census
* Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and standards of care
* Document according to standards of care
* Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient plans of care as prescribed by physician and/or hospital policy
* Provide patient and family instruction as part of care planning
* Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities including shared governance
* Utilize clinical expertise to provide guidance to other units and departments in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care
* Apply critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience with appropriate escalation
* Current Wisconsin nursing license required
* Education verification required
* CPR certification required
