Job Details:

* Long-term care (LTC) experience required
* MDS experience preferred
* Must hold a current, unrestricted Colorado license
* Traveler's permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility - local travelers will not be considered
* Shared furnished housing available within city limits including Wi-Fi and cable
* No pets allowed in housing
* No smoking allowed in housing
