Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Assigned to the CCU Coronary Care Unit with 26 beds
* Patient ratio of 1:2
* Night shift team consists of 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Tech
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital ICU experience required
* Neuro ICU experience is required - candidates without this will not be considered
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale
* Work with equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia devices
* Perform procedures including heart catheterizations, cardioversion, central lines, and medication drips
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Prior experience traveling to large facility ICU units preferred
* Ideal candidate is driven, organized, efficient, and maintains a positive and engaged attitude

This facility is a large medical center featuring a well-staffed Coronary Care ICU unit equipped with advanced technology including balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia devices. The unit supports a high level of specialized care including cardiac and neurological procedures, with an experienced team dedicated to delivering quality patient outcomes. The facility uses Meditech EMR and maintains strong staffing ratios to ensure exceptional care standards.
