CT Tech
Job Details:
* Friday through Sunday night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 2 to 3 call shifts per month, call hours are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 12-hour night shifts with 4 days off per week
* Fixed weekend schedule with every other holiday required
* Same repeating schedule with minor alterations
* Level III Trauma Center with over 100 patients seen in a 24-hour period
* Night shift patient population is approximately 90% ER and ICU patients
* Experience with general, diagnostic, interventional, ER, and critical cases required
* Cardiac CT experience preferred
* Must have acute care experience in a large Level III or higher facility
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment required
* Will not typically float to other departments
* Up to 3 CT Techs on staff after 5:00 PM with Lead CT Tech support available
* CT transporter available except from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM
* EMR system: EPIC
* IV pumps: Alaris
* Medication dispensing: Pyxis
* Injector: MedRad
* PACS: Change Healthcare
* Equipment includes Siemens Dual Source CT 128 Flash, Definition 64 (interventional CT), and Definition Edge 128 in ER; prior experience with equipment not required
* Scrub color: Any color with professional appearance; no logos or designs
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT CT R
* Washington state license required
Facility:
This facility is a Level III Trauma Center with 375 licensed beds offering comprehensive imaging services across 3 CT suites. The facility provides a wide range of services including general, diagnostic, and interventional imaging as well as emergency and critical care support. The radiology department is supported by IR physicians and PAs who assist with CT cases, with a radiologist on-site during the day and available off-site at night.
