Opportunity:

RN - NSICU

Job Details:

* Work in a 12-bed Neuroscience ICU unit with a 1:2 patient ratio
* Self-scheduling with unit needs accommodated and 6 weekend shifts required per period
* Float policy requires travelers to float first to other ICUs or step-down units
* Neurology experienced ICU nurses preferred
* Must be proficient with Baxter pumps and Cerner documentation system
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Advanced skills needed: Care of neurology post-thrombectomy and TPA patients as well as post-neurosurgery patients
* Procedures performed on unit include CRRT, bedside EVDs, and A-line monitoring
* Required uniform: Navy blue scrubs
