Opportunity:

Radiologic Technologist

Job Details:

* ARRT certification in both CT and XR required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Completion of a CT/XR training program required
* Must be able to take call and report to work within 20 minutes
* Rotate shifts as required
* Perform radiographic examinations of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation
* Perform diagnostic medical radiography within the department and other areas
* Exercise professional judgment in performance of procedures applying principles of radiation protection
* Maintain patient records and files
* Assume responsibility for departmental quality assurance program
* Transfer patients to and from radiology
* Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the life span to assess and address patient needs appropriately
* Work with patients and employees of all cultural and religious backgrounds
* Pursue continuing education
* Flu vaccine required
* Must live at least 100 miles away from the facility address
