Family Medicine Primary Care
Job Details:
* MD/DO provider type required
* 1.0 FTE position with 8-hour daily shifts
* 12-month assignment duration
* Both inpatient and outpatient setting with 21 inpatient beds
* Call requirement included - most likely one week per month covering call to include weekends, sharing pediatrics and post-delivery call (pediatrics call no longer required as of 8/31/26)
* Both rounding and admissions required
* Patient demographics range from newborns to geriatrics with an average of 20 patients per day in clinic
* Pediatric support required - assessing newborns immediately after birth in the hospital; care is provided only to newborns, not the mother
* Circumcision required procedure (no longer required as of 8/31/26)
* Provider may work independently (solo)
* Must hold an active Oregon license at time of presentation - will not license candidates without an active Oregon license, but may consider applicants with a pending Oregon license depending on expected issue date
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP (must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
* 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Must provide documentation of family medicine services representative of scope and complexity of privileges requested within the previous 24 months
