Gastroenterology

Job Details:

* Five 8-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday, plus 24-hour call as scheduled
* 24-hour unrestricted call coverage for consults, rounding, and add-on ACU cases
* Call coverage scheduled as needed for PTO coverage of internal physicians
* See 12-14 patients per day
* Adult patient population
* Inpatient hospital practice setting
* EMR system: Epic (experience required)
* Skills required: rounding and admissions, standard endoscopy procedures (no ERCP)
* Support staff includes 3 GI providers, hospitalists, and 2 APPs
* Board certification in Gastroenterology required
* Active Washington State license required and must be in hand at time of presentation
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Must provide documentation (case list) of clinical services for a minimum of 100 patients representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested within the previous 24 months, including diagnosis or procedure, date, and facility where performed

The facility utilizes Epic as its electronic medical records system and provides a well-structured care environment focused on adult patients.
