Vascular Surgery

Job Details:

* APP position providing gap coverage for vascular surgery
* 12-hour call shifts available: 0700-1700 or 1700-0700 Monday through Friday (beeper shifts)
* 24-hour call shifts available: 0700-0700 Monday through Friday or 24-hour weekend call
* Clinic hours are 0800-1630
* Provider must report at the beginning of shift for 0700 start times to complete handoff and rounding
* Minimum of 6 call shifts per month required
* Both inpatient and outpatient setting; 36-bed inpatient unit
* Rounding and admissions required
* Average of 15-20 patients per day with vascular and endovascular patient demographics
* First assist in OR and assist with in-clinic procedures required
* Will work alongside an MD/DO; provider does not work solo
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
* EMR: Epic experience required
* Case log of surgical cases for the last 24 months required along with documentation of training and competency
* Must provide documentation of clinical services within the previous 24 months representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested
* Oregon licensure preferred for earlier available dates; non-Oregon licensed candidates considered for later dates
