OT - School Based

Job Details:

* New hire orientation scheduled for July 30 and 31st (paid)
* Assignment runs August 3 through May 20
* 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
* Position serves PK through 5th grade students
* Average caseload of approximately 45 students
* Float between multiple school sites within the district
* All schools operate on a 4-day school week with no student services on Fridays
* Fridays allow for remote work to complete administrative tasks or professional development
* Team meetings held once per month
* Strong team support with 7.5 FTE OTs and 1 COTA within the district
* High level of trusted autonomy for school-based service providers
* Colorado OT CDE License required - candidates will be interviewed pending application
* Position is fully based in Cortez - housing in Mancos, Dolores, or Cortez is strongly recommended
* Mileage between school sites is not billable

This school district provides occupational therapy services across multiple elementary school campuses serving students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade.
