Opportunity:

RN - Med/Surg

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 36 or 48 hours per week
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups of patients according to established standards of care
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and safety
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe and effective patient care
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* EPIC experience required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Minimum two years of recent experience in field required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS)
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
* Holiday RTO will not be approved
