Job Details:

* Block scheduling type
* No on-call required
* No weekends required
* No floating between units
* Must have at least 1 year of sterile processing experience
* Must be certified with CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification
* Robotics instrumentation experience required; Da Vinci Robotics experience greatly preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Compact license must be in hand at submission
* Scrub color: Any color permitted
* Required skills include: acute hospital OR, cleaning equipment, high-level disinfection, use of washers/sterilizers, case cart, sterilization wrapping procedures, sets/trays assembly, equipment documentation, manual cleaning, proper labeling, ultrasonic cleaner, fiber optics, endoscopy, laparoscopic procedures, and sterilization testing/monitoring
* Specialty procedure experience includes: Ear/Nose/Throat, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, Ortho/Total joints, and Endoscopy
* Scope experience includes: Uteroscopes, Cystoscopes, and Loaner trays
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility

This short-term acute care facility operates with 418 total staffed beds and features 21 procedure rooms. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and serves adult and geriatric patient populations. The organization maintains a robust sterile processing department equipped with advanced robotic surgical systems and supports a wide range of surgical specialties.
