Job Details:

* Wednesday through Saturday shift schedule working four 10-hour shifts
* Weekends required
* No on-call required
* No floating between units
* Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience required
* Certification required: CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA
* Must have sterile processing experience and be certified
* Robotics instrumentation experience required; Da Vinci Robotics experience greatly preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Scrub color: any color scrubs permitted
* Skills required include: acute hospital OR, high-level disinfection, use of washers/sterilizers, case cart management, sterilization wrapping procedures, sets/trays assembly, biological and chemical indicators, steam sterilization testing/monitoring, immediate-use steam sterilization, manual cleaning, ultrasonic cleaner, fiber optics, endoscopy, laparoscopic, Steris and Sterrad testing/monitoring
* Specialty areas include: ear/nose/throat, general, OB/GYN, orthopedics, plastics, urology, vascular, ortho/total joints, and transplant
* Experience with uteroscopes, cystoscopes, loaner trays, and drills (multiple types) preferred
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

This short-term acute care facility features 418 staffed beds and 21 operating rooms, offering a comprehensive range of surgical and medical services. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and is equipped with advanced robotic surgical systems.
