Open Position: RN - NICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2212.96

Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* Seasonal travel position working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Work in an 84-bed NICU unit with 160 staff members
* Patient ratios of 2:1 for NICU and 3:1 for NSCU
* Work alongside Charge CNC Nurses, RNs, Unit Secretaries, and Respiratory Therapists
* Utilize equipment including Medela, Alaris, Ohmeda, Drager, and Philips/GE ECG systems
* Document using Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech EMR systems
* Perform procedures including IV placement, Whole Body Cooling, Surgical Cases (NEC, PDA, CVC), PDA Ligations, High Frequency Ventilation, and Chest Tubes
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care NICU hospital experience required
* Active Kansas licensure required
* Required certifications: BLS and NRP
* Level IV NICU experience preferred
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Experience traveling to large teaching facilities preferred
* Must be a team player with excellent communication skills and commitment to developmental supportive care
* Must support Family Centered Care and Exceptional Patient Experience
