Opportunity:

ARRT MRI Tech

Job Details:

* 7 days on / 7 days off schedule running Thursday through Wednesday
* Weekday shifts from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
* Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* On-call required 1 night per week from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* 40 orientation hours required
* Travel experience required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Epic EMR experience is a hard stop requirement - candidates without Epic experience will not be considered
* Siemens experience is a hard stop requirement - manager will not train
* Equipment used includes Siemens Magnetom Vida 3T and 2 GE SIGNA HDe 1.5T
* Scrub color: any color (scrubs provided in sterile units)
* Required certifications: ARRT MR, BLS
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Must be comfortable working with patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Proficiency in MRI procedures including brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, MRA/MRV, MRCP, cardiac MRI, and image post-processing required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Level I and Level II Trauma experience preferred

Facility:

This short-term acute care Level II Trauma teaching hospital features 209 total staff beds and a daily census of approximately 160 patients. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. The facility maintains a collaborative environment with access to advanced imaging technology and supports a wide range of patient diagnoses across multiple age groups.
