Job Details:
* Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
* 3 call shifts required within every 2-week period
* Call shift hours: Monday through Friday 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Weekend call required every 6 weeks: Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
* Weekend requirement: Yes, call weekends every 6 weeks
* Minimum 3 years of experience required (hard stop)
* Work in a cardiac intervention radiology room with structural heart environment
* 3 rooms available with an average daily census of 15 patients
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* No scrub required
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Epic charting system experience required
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS, Fluoro Permit, CA CRRT State License (must be in hand hard stop)
* California CLS License must be in hand at time of submission no pending licenses accepted
* Required skills include: fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization (left and right heart), percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), PTCA, TAVR, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, permanent pacemaker insertion, temporary pacemaker, angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, TIPS, central venous access, PICC line care and maintenance, IVC filter placement and removal, endovascular interventions, rotablator atherectomy, Watchman, carotid angiography and stenting, chest tube placement, nephrostomy, gastrostomy tube placement, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, chemoembolization, dialysis graft interventions, sterile technique, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
* RTO restriction: No more than 7 days
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
