Job Details:

* Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
* May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
* On call one night per week and every 5th weekend
* On call only on every 5th weekend
* 1 year of previous experience required
* At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
* Epic EMR experience required
* Iowa state license required; Illinois license to be applied for at time of offer
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
* Driver's license required
* Work history/resume required
* Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
* License verification required
* Copy of required certifications required
* 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
* All candidates must be located at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
* Must not have been an employee of the facility within the last 12 months
* Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
