Open Position: Social Worker - Licensed Social Worker

Job Details:

* 13-week contract with an ASAP start date
* 5x8 day shifts
* Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period
* Every other weekend required
* Must have acute care experience, discharge planning, and care coordination experience
* Strong preference for candidates with diverse case management experience including Med Surg, LLOS, and ED
* Will float between all areas of the hospital including two campuses less than 2 miles apart
* Average caseload of 18-24 patients on weekdays and up to 30 patients on weekends
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of approximately 25 patients
* Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, interpretation services, social services, pharmacy, and transportation
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Any (no reddish orange permitted)
* Parking is facility paid
* Required certifications: BLS
* Washington state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
* Facility will accept LMSW or LCSW (with Master's Degree)
* Approved licenses include: LICSW, LSWAIC, LASW, and LSWAA
* Minimum of 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Local candidates (within 50 miles) not accepted
