Job Details:

* Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position open to either NP or PA with strong preference for PA
* Must be versatile and skilled enough to assist in surgical procedures
* Both hospital and clinic privileges required
* Inpatient and outpatient coverage required
* Patient demographics: ages 14 and older
* Average of 16 patients per day
* Perform routine GYN exams and procedures
* Assist with surgical procedures including robotics and laparoscopy
* Applicant must provide documentation (case list) of clinical services representing the scope and complexity of privileges requested during the previous 24 months
* Will work alongside OBGYN MDs - not working solo
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Washington state license required
* ACLS certification required
* Epic EMR experience required
