Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapy Inpatient

Job Details:

* Shift start times are flexible between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM with end times between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
* Monday through Friday schedule with 1 weekend shift per month required
* Weekend shifts are self-selected
* Patient ratio of approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day
* Perform evaluations and treatments across all inpatient units as well as the ED (NICU patients not covered)
* Daily patient assignments with goal of keeping each therapist on only 1-2 floors
* Work with a wide variety of patients across multiple diagnoses including higher volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients
* Equipment includes basic rehab equipment, portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, and hyper lifts
* Documentation system: Sunrise Allscripts
* Acute care experience required; vestibular experience preferred but not required
* Must have active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License in hand at time of submittal
* BLS certification required
* Scrubs required, no specific color required

This 330-bed inpatient facility provides a wide range of medical services with a strong focus on cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic care. The Physical Therapy department is supported by a dedicated and collaborative team with extensive experience across multiple clinical settings, working alongside occupational therapy, speech therapy, and a therapy director. The facility offers a dynamic work environment where therapists are exposed to a diverse patient population and a variety of diagnoses.
