Open Position: RAD Tech - RAD Tech Outpatient

Opportunity:

Diagnostic Technologist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Position and prepare patients for x-ray imaging of the chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, and ankle
* Perform imaging procedures independently at a level not requiring direct supervision
* Operate X-ray equipment, process images, and document into PACS
* Provide basic patient care under the supervision of the clinic nurse
* Obtain vital signs, place patients in exam rooms, and prepare patients for clinician evaluation
* Obtain specimens including blood draws when qualified
* Assist clinician with selected procedures as defined in Patient Care Standards Manual
* Maintain orderly and well-stocked work area with necessary supplies and equipment
* Float to Main Radiology department as needed
* Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the Department of Health Services, State of California (CRT) required
* Current CPR Certification required
* California issued Fluoroscopy Permit required
* Current ARRT licensure required
* EPIC EMR experience required
* Previous travel experience preferred
* Must be a W-2 employee of your agency
