RN - MED SURG 3E

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Rotating weekends with 4 shifts per month required
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratios of 5:1 to 6:1
* Unit contains 28 beds located on 3 East
* Work with equipment including Video EEG, Hoyer Lift, Bladder Scanner, Vital Sign Machine, and Telemetry
* EMR system: Meditech
* Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, and Telemetry
* Hospital experience required
* 3 or more years of nursing experience preferred
* Epilepsy care experience preferred
* Scrubs must be navy blue with facility logo

This facility is a medical-surgical unit with 28 beds staffed by a dedicated team of charge nurses, registered nurses, and patient care technicians on both day and night shifts. The unit is equipped with advanced medical technology and utilizes an electronic medical records system to support high-quality patient care. The team values staff who demonstrate an owner mentality and openness to feedback.
