Job Details:

* Outpatient setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations
* Average of 12?16 patients per day
* Position focuses on infusion and medical oncology/hematology services
* Bone marrow biopsy procedures required
* Provider will work solo/independently
* Both hospital and clinic privileges required (located in same building)
* EMR system: EPIC
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, or PALS; DEA license required
* Applicant must provide documentation of 24 months of hematology/medical oncology services representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested (waived for applicants who completed training within the previous year)
* Alaska DEA required
* No call required
