Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

* Night shift position, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 13-week assignment
* Must reside outside of a 100-mile radius
* Graduate of an AMA accredited school for Respiratory Care required
* New York State license required
* RRT registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care required
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* NRP and PALS certifications preferred
* Knowledge of acid/base/electrolyte relationships and implications of life-threatening situations required
* Establish patient ventilator settings using metric measurements and advanced principles of volume, flow, pressure, and time relationships
* EMR system: Meditech
