Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule
* Guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period; traveler may be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2-week period
* No on-call required
* No weekend requirement
* Float coverage required across Outpatient, Acute Care, and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
* Treat patients of all ages and diagnoses including outpatients, inpatients, and SNF patients
* Provide therapy services across specialties including wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatrics
* Preferred experience in pediatrics and adolescents (not required)
* Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, Alaska state license
* Alaska license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted
* Epic charting system experience required
* Scrub color: Any or Business Casual
* Parking is free
* Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; locals not accepted
* Must be willing to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility

Facility:

This is a Level IV Trauma Critical Access Hospital operating as an Acute Care Medical Center, Long Term Care Facility, and Outpatient setting. The facility has 46 acute care beds and 22 long-term care beds, serving patients of all ages and diagnoses. The therapy department provides a wide range of specialized services including wound care, lymphedema management, pelvic floor therapy, and pediatric specialties across inpatient, outpatient, and SNF settings.
