Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
* Perform procedures including IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKGs
* Work alongside a team consisting of a charge nurse, 10 RNs, 2-3 techs, and 1 unit secretary per shift
* Work 4 weekend shifts per month with no on-call requirements
* Acute ER experience required
* Trauma experience preferred
* Active and personable personality preferred
* Required certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS
* EMR system: Meditech
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs

This facility is a well-established acute care hospital featuring a fully equipped Emergency Department located on the first floor of the North Tower. The emergency department operates around the clock with robust staffing on both day and night shifts, ensuring comprehensive patient care. The facility utilizes modern electronic medical record technology to support clinical staff and maintain high standards of care across all patient interactions.
