Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1591.40

Opportunity:

MA - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* No weekend shifts required
* Floating required to OBL location
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required
* Surgery or procedure experience strongly preferred
* Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only)
* High school diploma or GED required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Hard stop skills required: sterile field, procedure room turnover, venipuncture, patient check in/out, referrals, and authorizations
* Must be proficient in administering medications, aseptic technique, obtaining vital signs, rooming patients, and scheduling appointments
* Additional skills include: capillary draws, dressing changes, insurance verification, intradermal and intramuscular injections, obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG, specimen labeling, pulse oximetry, pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, positioning/draping, and urine UA/clean catch
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
