Radiology Tech

Job Details:

* Work shifts Saturday through Monday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
* 13-week assignment
* Night shift position with rotating call and holidays
* Work in the Radiology department on the first floor of the main hospital building
* Patient ratio of 1:1
* Perform heavy OR surgery case volume, ER, outpatient, and inpatient X-ray, and fluoroscopy procedures
* Operate GE equipment, C-arms OEC 9800 & 9900, O-Arm, and GE 3D C-arm
* Use Epic and McKesson PACS EMR systems
* Call rotation required among staff on evenings, overnights, and weekends for OR add-ons or high volume situations
* No floating required
* Dress code: Grey or Pewter scrubs
* Required certifications: ARRT (R) with minimum 1 year of experience, BLS
* Preferred: ARRT Registered with 2 years of experience and OR experience
* Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, patient-centered, detail-oriented, and focused on high quality imaging
* License must be in hand at time of submittal

This hospital is a full-service acute care facility with approximately 185 beds, offering a comprehensive radiology department equipped with advanced imaging technology. The facility supports a high-volume surgical and emergency caseload and utilizes modern EMR systems to ensure seamless patient care. The radiology unit is staffed by a dedicated team and operates around the clock to meet the needs of both inpatient and outpatient populations.
