Opportunity:

APC/APP - Urology

Job Details:

* Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings across a medical center and urology clinic located approximately 1 mile apart
* Both hospital and clinic privileges required
* NP candidates will work independently without a supervising physician
* PA candidates will work alongside an MD/DO, with surgical PAs assisting in surgeries and performing hospital rounding, and non-surgical PAs working exclusively in the clinic
* See patients ages 17 and older with an average of 18 patients per day
* Perform standard urology procedures in both the clinic and operating room
* Responsibilities include yearly refills, diagnosing and treating erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, and male incontinence
* Perform cystoscopies and provide surgical assistance
* Work up patients for surgery and perform other in-office procedures
* Must provide documentation (case list) of clinical services representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested during the previous 24 months
* 1 year of experience required
* Epic EMR experience required
* Washington state license required - IMLC not accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
