Job Details:

* Variable day shift positions with call, with flexibility to cover all shifts
* Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or unforeseen circumstances
* Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered
* 18 months of Registered Nurse experience required
* Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Nursing, Associates degree, or Diploma required
* Montana Registered Nurse licensure required
* American Heart Association BLS certification required
* American Heart Association ACLS certification required
* Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
* 1 year of circulating experience preferred
* 1 year of scrub experience preferred
* Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
* Comply with hospital policies and protocols related to hyperacute and acute stroke care
* Complete two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education within one year of hire
* Complete one hour annually of cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education
* Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professional demeanor at all times
* Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
