Opportunity:

Diagnostic Technologist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Position patients for x-ray imaging including chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, and ankle
* Perform imaging procedures independently without direct supervision
* Operate X-ray equipment, process images, and document into PACS
* Provide basic patient care under the supervision of the clinic nurse
* Obtain vital signs and prepare patients for clinician evaluation
* Place patients in exam rooms and assist clinicians during procedures
* Obtain specimens including blood draws if qualified
* Perform selected procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual
* Maintain orderly and well-stocked work area with necessary supplies and equipment
* Float to Main Radiology department as needed
* Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) issued by the California Department of Health Services required
* Current CPR Certification required
* California-issued Fluoroscopy Permit required
* Current ARRT licensure required
* EPIC EMR experience required
* Previous travel experience preferred
* Must be a W-2 employee of submitting agency
