Opportunity:

MA - OBGYN Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting required
* OBGYN experience required
* Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP accredited program required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only)
* Education: High School Diploma or GED required
* Proficiency with fetal heart tones required
* Proficiency with blood/lab draws and venipuncture required
* Epic charting system experience required
* No weekend shifts required
* No floating required
* Maximum 7 days of requested time off; no RTO accommodated within the first 2 weeks
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Serve patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Perform skills including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, pap smears, immunizations, biopsy assistance, urine dipstick/urinalysis, venipuncture, external fetal monitoring/NST, and telephone triage
* All women over 12 years of age served in this unit
