Opportunity:

Speech Language Pathologist - 8hr Days (32 GSA)

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts across two locations: Friendship, WI and Hillsboro, WI (approximately 48 miles apart)
* Schedule consists of 2 days per week in Hillsboro and 2 days per week in Friendship
* 32 guaranteed hours per week, excluding orientation week and holidays when unit is closed
* 12-week contract
* No on-call or callback requirements
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Work in a critical access hospital inpatient and outpatient setting serving patients of all ages
* EPIC charting experience preferred
* Wisconsin State SLP License required
* AHA BLS certification required
* SLP degree required
* Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
* Critical access experience preferred
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
