Job Details:

* 13-week contract with variable shift start times of 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 3:00 PM
* Weekend work required per needs of unit
* Call required per needs of unit; may need to cover one night shift within contract as needed
* Float required between Queen, Petaluma Valley, and Healdsburg facilities
* Minimum 3 years of experience required; 5 years preferred
* Travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
* Dress code: scrubs or business casual
* Orientation hours: 40
* Patient age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 25 patients across 8 rooms
* Required certifications: BLS, CST (preferred), NBSTSA (preferred)
* California state license preferred; pending license accepted
* Trauma Level I experience is a hard stop requirement
* Experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, and trauma is required
* Patient diagnoses include orthopedics (total joints and ortho trauma), neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, general, GU, and GYN
* Required skills: case cart, crash cart, scrub technique, microscope, laparoscopic camera and tower equipment, arthroscope equipment
* Preferred skills: craniotomy, airway management, Stealth Navigation Station, daVinci Xi
* Proficiency in a wide range of surgical procedures required including but not limited to: orthopedic, neurological, vascular, robotic, laparoscopic, gynecological, urological, cardiovascular, and general surgery procedures
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Pre-approved time off: up to 7 days; all RTO requests must be submitted upfront during submittal
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
