Opportunity:

RN - ED

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 4 weekend shifts per schedule rotation required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* 32-bed Emergency Department
* Work with EMR system Meditech
* Perform procedures including lumbar punctures, intubations, TNK, laceration repair, suture removal, and splinting
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC (must have by start date), ENPC (must have by start date), NIHSS
* Greater than 2 years of experience preferred
* Must be a great team player and able to anticipate needs for patients and department
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs and navy blue zip-up sweater required; pull-over sweatshirts are not acceptable

Facility:

This facility is home to a busy Emergency Department with 32 beds and a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, registered nurses, medics, and patient care technicians across all shifts. The department is well-staffed and equipped with modern technology to support a wide range of emergency procedures. The facility offers permanent positions on the unit and maintains high standards for patient care in a collaborative team environment.
